Each individual person may hold only one Account on the pc777 platform. Registering multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances held therein.
To access the full range of pc777 Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested in the registration form. This includes, at minimum, a valid email address, a mobile telephone number, and a date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You must promptly update any information that changes. pc777 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending re-verification where information is found to be inaccurate or outdated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pc777 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents (such as a national identity card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method before a withdrawal request is processed or at any other time at pc777's reasonable discretion. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pc777 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
pc777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian local payment methods: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP; and e-wallet payments via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pc777 does not accept payment from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from an account registered in the same name as the pc777 Account.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. pc777 reserves the right to modify these minimums at any time, with changes taking effect from the date of publication on the platform.
Deposits via local bank transfer are typically credited to a User's Balance within two minutes of payment confirmation. E-wallet deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: bank transfers are processed within 15 minutes during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours; e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
Withdrawals will only be approved where: (a) KYC verification is complete; (b) the withdrawal amount does not include funds subject to an active wagering requirement; (c) the Account is in good standing and not subject to any investigation or suspension; and (d) the withdrawal method matches the deposit method used for the relevant funds where technically feasible.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. pc777 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000 against the Balance of a dormant Account after providing reasonable written notice to the registered email address. If the Balance is insufficient to cover the fee, the Account may be closed.
pc777 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion detail page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms for the subject matter of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a User's Bonus Balance are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are stated on each promotion's detail page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. pc777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its absolute discretion. Users who have self-excluded are not eligible for promotional offers during the exclusion period. Multi-account holders, Users found to be engaging in bonus abuse, and Users whose Accounts are under investigation are not eligible for bonuses.

Retroactive application of bonuses to deposits already processed is not permitted. It is the User's responsibility to opt in to a promotion before depositing.

You may close your pc777 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by email. Before closing your Account, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon Account closure: (a) your licence to use the pc777 Services is immediately revoked; (b) any uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited; (c) all outstanding Real Money Balances will be returned net of applicable deductions; and (d) clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitations of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force.
